Foreign Minister Michael Farr returned from a diplomatic mission to Thailand, where he promoted positive relations between West Who and Thailand. He visited different parts of the country building relations between the two nations. He even was able to work in some scuba diving on his visit. The Foreign Ministry also announced that Quamrul Millat, a West Who citizen residing in Thailand, will be the new ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand. Ambassador Millat is the first West Who ambassador to Thailand. A Foreign Ministry spokesperson said the visit by Minister Farr is a positive sign, and the appointment of Quamrul Millat as the first West Who ambassador to Thailand is a significant development.
