Postal Service Issues Stamp Honoring National Police Chief O'Shea

The West Who Postal Service issued a new stamp honoring National Police Chief John O'Shea in a ceremony today in Whoville.  The National Police serve both as a police force and military force for the Republic of West Who.  Chief O'Shea was trained by law enforcement in the United States and has led the West Who National Police Force for the past two years.  Minister of Citizen Affairs John Farr who oversees the postal service said Chief O'Shea has an important job and has brought a sense of great professionalism to the National Police.
